Nick Wright
Senior Pastor
Nick Wright became Senior Pastor of Richland in 2018. He is married to his lovely wife Sarah, and they have a son, Colt. Nick graduated from Carson Newman University with a B.A. in Religion. He then went on to Luther Rice Seminary and graduated with his M.A. in Biblical Studies. Nick approaches scripture exegetically and is passionate about expositionally teaching the Word of God in a practical and effective way. In his free time Nick enjoys spending time riding horses, working on his farm, spending time with his family and playing basketball when he can.
Brad Bales
Executive Pastor
Brad Bales joined Richland as the Executive Pastor in 2018. He is married to his beautiful wife Emily, and they have three sons Landon Judah, Lucas Ezra, and Layton Asher. Brad graduated from Johnson University in 2015 with a B.S. in Preaching/Ministry. He served as a Student Pastor before following God’s calling as executive pastor. As the church has grown Brad has taken on many roles within the church such as Student Leader, Young Adult Leader, Event Coordinator, Youth Camp Leader and Media Director. Brad is passionate about making disciples who make disciples. In his free time Brad enjoys playing sports with his boys, going to the beach with his family, and going out with his wife on date night.
Jared Bowling
Family Pastor
Jared Bowling became the Family Pastor in 2025. He is married to his wonderful wife Sara, and they have two children, a son named Bennett, and a daughter named Stevie. Jared graduated from Johnson University with a B.S. in ministry and church leadership and has dedicated his time and talents to equipping the future generation with the spiritual tools and biblical knowledge to build a good foundation rooted in Christ. His passion for the growth in wisdom of our youth extends past the walls of the church and his desire is to change the lives of young lives on the mission fields around the world as he works with our partnered missionaries. He desires to love the Lord and people well in all that he does. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family with indoor and outdoor activities.
