Nick Wright

Nick Wright became Senior Pastor of Richland in 2018. He graduated from Carson-Newman University with a B.A. in Religion, then went on to earn his M.A. in Biblical Studies from Luther Rice Seminary.

Nick approaches Scripture exegetically and is passionate about expositionally teaching the Word of God in a practical and effective way — bringing God's truth to bear on everyday life.

Executive Pastor

Brad Bales

Married to Emily · Father of London, Judah, Lucas Ezra & Layton Asher

Brad joined Richland in 2018 with a B.S. in Preaching/Ministry from Johnson University. He served as a Church Planter before following God's call to serve as Executive Pastor.

Over the years Brad has taken on many roles within the church — Student Leader, Young Adult Leader, Event Coordinator, Youth Camp Leader, and Media Director. He is passionate about making disciples who make disciples.

Jared Bowling

Married to Sara · Father of Bennett & Stevie

Jared became Family Pastor in 2025. He graduated from Johnson University with a B.S. in missions and church leadership and has dedicated his time and energy to equipping the next generation.

Jared's desire is to see the spiritual tools and biblical knowledge passed down to young lives — both locally and globally through Richland's partnered missionaries. He desires to love the Lord and people well in all he does.
